This client-review version turns the Shifting Gears proposal into a Dot Academy buyer journey Travis can inspect: book, merch, welcome bundles, lighter offers, speaking, coaching, and application-only services.
The front-end strategy can be reviewed now. GHL account setup, final price points, payment wiring, and outbound automations need the approval gates below before anything goes live.
Fireflies
Transcript pending
Fireflies still does not return the 2026-05-27 Travis / Shifting Gears transcript in the current API account (it only returns Julian-owned meetings). Next step: Travis needs to share the Fireflies transcript URL, invite the Fireflies bot to the call, or provide Fireflies API access for the organizer account so we can extract exact offers/prices.
Pricing guardrail
Do not invent fees
Call-confirmed anchors are safe to show (keynote $10k, workshop $5k, webinar $97, 1:1 advisory $55k/yr). Keep book, Digital Reset Kit, and coaching cohort as placeholder/pending until Travis confirms the exact numbers.
Proposal source
Safe to show now
Proposal-verified prices are safe to show: merch pricing, $49 Speaking Event Bundle, $12,500 platform build, and $1,500 monthly content and maintenance.
What is still in the gap.
World-class here means the page, funnel, CRM, booking, fulfillment, compliance, and reporting all line up. These are the items that still need platform access or Travis approval before production activation.
Provisioned
GHL locations
Shifting Gears / Dot Academy and TBT Racing are separated into their own GHL locations, with Travis/admin invites sent.
Partial
Call-confirmed pricing
Speaking and advisory anchors are call-confirmed, but the Fireflies transcript is still missing in the current API account. Keep book, Digital Reset Kit, and cohort pricing pending until Travis confirms (or shares the transcript URL).
Ready to scope
Payment wiring
Book, merch, bundle, cohort, and workshop purchases need checkout ownership, tax/shipping, refund rules, and fulfillment handoff before live sales.
Needs approval
Compliance language
Email/SMS flows need opt-in, unsubscribe, physical sender identity, and consent language before campaigns are activated in GHL.
Review pages.
Each page is built as a client-review surface for Travis and Dot Academy, not a locked public sales page. The strategy can be approved while final investment numbers remain gated.
Travis should be able to approve the full system before we wire GHL: front-end funnel, checkout, application routing, automations, and reporting.
Front end ready
Book funnel
Sales narrative, proof, book positioning, 8 Pillars preview, order bump candidates, and post-purchase ascension are mapped for review.
Needs platform wiring
Funnels and checkout
The front end can approve the path now; final checkout needs GHL/Stripe product ownership, taxes, shipping, and receipt automation.
Review build
Booking path
Speaking and coaching applications should qualify event scope before quoting: audience, city, date, room size, book bundles, and desired depth.
Blueprint ready
Automation engine
Lead magnets, checkout follow-up, abandoned application recovery, event booking, no-show, and post-event ascension sequences are structured below.
Marketing model.
The approach borrows from proven book funnel and premium-offer playbooks: focused checkout, order bump, one-time offer, scope-based lighter offer, and application path.
Book funnel, not bookstore
Keep the book page focused around one decision, then route buyers to order bumps, one-time offers, and a confirmation/follow-up path.
Increase value before price
Stack bonuses, speed, likelihood of success, and reduced effort so premium speaking or coaching feels like the natural next step.
Lighter offers remove scope
The lighter offer should not cheapen the same offer. It should remove delivery weight, live access, or quantity while preserving momentum.
High-ticket gets an application
Speaking, coaching, and strategic advisory should move to a short qualification call instead of a cold checkout button.
